Below are our terms and conditions for East Greystone Cottages. Please take the time to read them before making a booking. Thank you.
A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking or a deposit of 50% is required when booking accommodation for a 3 night stay. The balance should be paid no later than four weeks before arrival. Bookings taken within four weeks of arrival require full payment immediately.
If the holidaymaker finds it necessary to cancel the holiday before the final balance is due they should inform the owners immediately who will then endeavour to re-let the property. If the property is re-let, then all deposit monies will be returned less a £20 cancellation charge. If the property is not re-let then, unfortunately, all the deposit monies paid are forfeited.
If the holidaymaker finds it necessary to cancel the holiday after the final balance becomes due, whether or not the final balance has been paid, then unless the house is re-let the holidaymaker will be liable for the full cost of the holiday.
Arrival & Departure Times
The cottages are available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on day of departure. Changeover day is usually Saturday. Short breaks of a minimum stay of 3 nights are also available.
East Greystone Cottages are no smoking properties.
Damage to the property / breakages
Guests undertake to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and also undertake to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Any damage or breakages should be reported and may be charged for.
Dogs are welcome in Stable and Bothy Cottages. An extra charge of £25 is payable per dog and a maximum of two dogs are allowed. Dogs are only allowed in the kitchen/living area and are not allowed in the bedrooms, on the beds or on any furniture. Any damage caused by dogs to the property will be charged in full. All dog mess must please be cleared from all garden and communal areas.
